- Cooking more meals at home/eating out less
- Drinking less alcohol
- Stumbles wants to run a marathon (Mcdeez not so much)
- Make every workout count (don't half ass any workouts)
- Changing up workout routines to avoid plateaus

Resolution Recap......
So.....it's been over a month since we've all made those New Year's resolutions. We were curious, how is everybody doing? We just checked our personal lists today, and so far we're on track. One of our biggest resolutions was to be in better shape than we were the year before. Some of the things we've been doing to accomplish this are:
