Unlike McDeez, my gym as at my work, and unfortunately there is no power there. Aggghh! Time to get creative. I'll be honest, I am not a huge fan of the cold, so running outside in the snow is out of the question. I guess I'll walk over the the grocery store for some cardio, bundled up and looking like a giant marshmallow in my puffy white jacket.
Here is my plan for a full body workout after my "cardio" session that does not require a gym:
Warm up with some jumping jacks for about 2 minutes, then perform each exercise for 30 seconds and repeat 3 times.
- Pushups
- Tricep Dips (I used the edge of a chair)
- Deadlifts with medicine ball (a gallon of milk, or anything else you can find around the house can be a substitute for weight)
- Squats
- Lunge and twist
- Calf Raises
- Supermans
- Mountain Climbers
- Crunches
- Plank
